Returns & Exchanges 

We hope that your purchase meets or exceeds your expectations; otherwise, you are welcome to return items for exchange or merchandise credit. We do not offer credit card refunds.

All returned packages must be received within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Holiday gifts are eligible for an extended return window - see below for holiday return exceptions. Eligible returns must have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed or damaged. Ineligible returns will be shipped back to the sender at the purchaser's expense. Purchaser pays for the returns.

Holiday gifts purchased between November 16th and December 24th must be received by January 10th the following year. Valentine's gifts purchased between January 15th and February 14th must be received by February 28th.

Please note:

  • Due to the delicate nature of our products, please take care when returning items to us. Padded or molded garments must be packaged delicately to ensure there is no damage to the cups. Dentelle Fine Lingerie reserves the right to refuse any package that is poorly packaged or damaged in such a way as to render the items unsalable.

  • Each garment, whether being shipped or received, is inspected to ensure quality control. Please use care when trying on a garment for fit. Body creams, heavy perfume, and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged, thus making it ineligible for return.

  • If the garment is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags have been removed, the garment will be sent back to the sender at the purchaser's expense.

  • Shipping and gift wrap charges are non-refundable.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened hosiery, special and customized orders.

  • Gift Cards may not be returned, redeemed for cash, or refunded to the credit card used for purchase.

  • In the case that defective merchandise is received, Dentelle Fine Lingerie is happy to provide a replacement of the same style and size, provided the return meets all other standard return guidelines.

How to exchange and item (s)

To ensure the item(s) you wish to exchange for does not sell out, please contact us via email or phone so we may place your requested item(s) on hold. Once the item(s) is placed on hold, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA #) associating your return with your exchange item(s). If you do NOT include an RA # with your return, your package will be processed for merchandise credit. Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the time you receive your package.

Once you have selected an exchange item(s), please provide the style name, size, and color via one of the following options:

Online: Email your list of the exchange item(s) to

We will place your item(s) on hold and reply with your RA #.

Phone: Call us at 831-574-3311, Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm PST with your desired exchange item(s). You may also call us if you would like assistance selecting an alternate item. We are happy to provide additional information regarding our designers or sizing and fit advice for specific styles.

To ensure accurate exchange processing, please include the original purchase receipt in your package, listing your RA # at the top, highlight the item(s) you are returning to Dentelle Fine Lingerie. Once your exchange is processed, an exchange confirmation email will be sent to the email address indicated in your profile.

If the price of the exchange is greater than the amount of the return, we will contact you for the balance. If the price of the exchange is less than the return, the remaining amount will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit.

Please allow up to five business days from the time we receive your package for your exchange to be processed.

How to return an item (s) for merchandise credit

To ensure accurate return processing, please include the original purchase receipt in your package, highlight the item(s) you are returning to Dentelle Fine Lingerie. Once your return is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address indicated in your profile. Returns must be made within 14 days from the time you receive your package.

A merchandise credit will be issued for all returned item(s) with an expiration of one year from the date of issue. An email will be sent to the original purchaser with the merchandise credit code and how to use it online.

Please allow up to five business days from the time we receive your package for your return to be processed.

Packaging your return

  • Please make sure all tags are attached and garments are in their original condition.

  • As some garments are delicate in nature, please take care when packaging your return. Garments featuring padded or molded cups, underwire, or other hardware must be shipped in a protected box to ensure eligibility for return.

Shipping your return

Contact us to request our pre-paid return label:

If you choose to use this label, a shipping fee will be deducted from your merchandise credit. If no merchandise credit is available, you will be contacted for the remaining balance. Once you have placed the label on the outside of the box, simply drop the box off at a USPS location.
